This is our fabrication service to modify your existing frame to accept your choice of engine. This service is for the more mechanically able people that want to do their own conversion but are unsure of the risks involved with getting the correct balance of the Quad.
Lots of development has gone into getting the correct position for the engine in the 'X' and 'Y' planes. The 'Z' plane is predefined due to the front and rear sprocket alignment.
In summary:
1. Too far fowards = terrible steering.
2. Too far back = lots of time flipping it over.

- Send us your frame, engine and swingarm.
- Modify the frame to accept the engine.
- Sandblast the frame and swingarm.
- Powdercoat the frame and swingarm in a colour of your choice (custom colours will be charged slightly more).
- Re-tap all the threads where required (powdercoat is very thick).
- Re-install engine ready for collection.
