Here is a list of the major build requirement that you get for your money.
  • Fully strip down the quad to component level.
  • Modify the frame to accept the new engine.
  • Powder coat the frame and swingarm in your choice of colour (custom colours will be charged slightly extra).
  • Rebuild the quad around the new engine.
  • Fabricate a complete exhaust system (customer to supply silencers).
  • Fabricate intakes.
  • Gear linkage.
  • Install complete wiring loom from the donor bike including lights and controls.
  • Modify radiator.
  • Fabricate cooling system.
  • Set up suspension
